To make sure your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to all SBCC team members and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. 1.1 “Personal data” is any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, such as your email address, name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, financial information, user names, any form of identification number or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

 

1.2 “GDPR’ means (a) the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and (b) the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation. The data controller of SBCC is FBTriangle Inc. corporation, with the principal place of business in Tokyo, Japan.

 

1.3 "Services" means any product or service provided by SBCC pursuant to SBCC’s Terms of Use.

 

1.4 “Subscriber” means a Customer subscribes to our Services.

 

1.5 “Sites” refers to sunbear.com, ja.sunbears.com, and admin.sunbears.com, and their subdomains.

 

1.6 “You,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the user.

     2. Information we process 

 

When you access our Sites, we collect different types of information, described as "Access Information", "Contact Information" and "Third-party Information" below. Some of the information we collect will be personal data relating to you, and we will be subject to certain obligations in respect of such personal data.

 

2.1 Access Information : 

 

2.1.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your geographic location, IP address, operating system and browser type, device type, bandwidth, etc. for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. We will only share anonymized statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns from the Sites which cannot be used to identify any individual.

2.4 Please note, SBCC does not process or store your credit card information. Once you make a payment, your credit card information is transferred to our third-party payment processor Stripe. Please find their Privacy statement here.

3.1 We use your personal data according to the terms of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of our use. We will process your personal data where: 

• you have provided your consent which can be withdrawn at any time;
