Packages control what features are available.

So, while roles define individual access, packages define the scope of features for everyone.

What are User Roles?

Each person on your team gets a role that defines what they can see and do within the package.

How to Invite Users and Assign Roles

  1. Go to Security & Settings > Users

  2. Click Invite Users under Active Users.

  3. Enter the user’s email, select a role, and send the invitation.

  4. View pending invites in the Pending Invitations column.

  5. Accepted invites appear in the Active Users column.

  6. You can assign multiple roles to a user. Just go to the Active Users list, click on the users name, open the Roles dropdown, select additional roles, and click Save.

How to buy or add a new package to your current plan

  1. Go to Stores & Billing.

  2. View current package under Current Plan.

  3. Browse other plans on the right, select one, and add it to your cart to purchase.

Q: Can I buy more users for my team?

A: Yes, you can purchase additional users!

  1. Go to the Store & Billing page.

  2. Check the number of users available under Seats.

  3. To buy more, click on Additional Users, then click the blue Add to Cart button.

Q: What happens if I assign the wrong role?

A: Don’t worry! You can reassign roles anytime from the User Settings menu.
