Added drill purpose to drill/plan/schedule pdf
The drill purpose field is now the first one before the description and key points
Position statistics do not show condition data for every day, not just for the ones that have an event
PP and TC links fixed on the Store page and Cart

The registration form's size is now optimized for tablets
The email verification page's login button now links to PWA login if it's a mobile device
The coaching card's "Print" button was cut off from the screen when the event name was too long; now it's fixed
The injury record dialog was cut off on tablets; now it is fixed

Daily/Weekly charts date selection now selects the first date, not the end date of charts
